Advancement Paths

Advancement paths are something that we will consider in our careers sooner or later. No matter what you chose to pursue in life, or even if you have changed careers, you will always consider your advancement path. I have many students who struggle with this because, like anyone good at what they do, they like it and don’t want to do something else. This is true even if you are in the military. However, like many experienced people in life, I now know more than I certainly used to, and I am sharing that information this week.
