Autonomy vs Accountability
Autonomy vs accountability is a subject that came up this week, and I can’t even believe it did. This world has changed. Many people want to be paid for whatever they decide to do and do not want to be responsible for the decisions they make. That just blows my mind. They don’t think of the greater good of the team. They are just me, me, me. It is ok to be treated like a star, but when you earn it. You don’t get treated like a star for being an oxygen pirate.
