Capacity
Capacity is a fact of life, but often overlooked unless you are in manufacturing. This is something that I struddled with when I was young. People would ask me if I could do something and I always said yes. I alway thought about whether or not I had the skills to do something. I never thought about whether I had the time or capacity with my current workload to do something. It took real maturity for me to learn this, but eventually I did.
