Changing Companies

Changing companies can be a hard decision. However, more than that, it may require work. This is especially so if you are in management. You have to make sure things are properly handed off. That’s not to say that there won’t be times when you just want to say “fuck you” and walk, but the higher up the ladder you go, the more there will be to your transition. Not to mention, you may want to make sure you cover your ass later, depending on the projects you have worked on. We talk about that this week.
