How to Pivot

Not everything works the first time. We plan it out in detail many times, unless we are drunk and stupid, which I have been guity of. So this means we need to change on the fly. This would be called a pivot. The big question is how and when do we pivot? I mean, I am all for sticking it out, but sometimes you just have to go this isn’t working. Often that happens with me in personal relationships, but hey, life is life. The same thing is true in business and projects. The age old saying is “No plan survives contact with the enemy.” and this is true in business and projects. So, this week we talk more about that and I hope you find it useful.
