Overqualified
Are you overqualified in your career? Hell, I mean, I am buried in certifications and experience. Like, who the hell wants to hire my ass as an employee these days, especially in America? Think about it, some young VP is looking for a project manager and sees my resume: Former PMO Manager for the Ministry of Interior, Saudi Arabia, former Master Business Analyst at Hewlett Packard, working on my fourth book with 37 years of worldwide experience. They would be saying I need a PM, not a CEO. So, it is definitely something to think about. Are you overqualified, and do you consider this in your career?
