Project management and business analysis are two key functions of most projects. However, many people confuse these two key roles. They both have a distinct purpose, but most companies and executives don’t understand what those purposes are. That is what this week’s post is about. Maybe if I say it enough times, people will begin to truly understand, and I won’t need to say it so much, but somehow I doubt that.
