Project Management vs Management by Projects

Many people, although not all, know what project management is. However, what is management by projects? Not so many have heard about that. This is a concept of how to get bigger projects done, but not just that, how to grow a business. I mean, think about it…. Do you think they just built the International Space Station down here on Earth and threw it up in space? No, of course not. It was built in space piece by piece, and each piece was a project. Each mission is a project, and after completion, it ultimately became a business. We talk about managing by projects this week.
