Project Monitoring
Project monitoring is an aspect of project management that usually is a point of failure. Most people feel like they can set a plan in motion and just let it run, but that is a very bad practice. In this respect, project managers are like firemen. There are times when you have nothing to do, but you still look for and listen for the alarms. In this video I talk about a time because of monitoring I was able to act faster than most and minimize the damage to the project.
