Transfer of Information – TOI
Transfer of information or TOI is a very important part of a project. Once again, this is something that I thought I had covered somewhere, but it appears I didn’t. I even went looking for it when discussing it, and couldn’t find anything on YouTube about it. So, I decided to put it here. So, as usual, you get it here on Project Victories first. I hope you pay attention to this because when teams fail to put these processes in place, it creates a lot of problems.
