True Incremental Changes
True incremental changes can be accomplished with traditional project management life cycles. You do not have to revert to being an Agile fool. The idea is simple really. First, you deliver on your whole project and that will move you into the sustaining stage. While in the sustaining stage, you can make true incremental changes. However, it is important to make them correctly. This week we will discuss how to do it.
